A water based, nontoxic, multi surface and food safe paint.  The crafters paint has a matt finish.  Lighter and pigment rich colours may require a second and third coat.  We suggest that you follow the surface prep and prime before painting on furniture, melamine, glass or ceramic.  This paint does not need to be sanded or varnished although varnish is recommended for high traffic areas such as counters, tabletops and so forth.  Remember to first apply a primer when painting lighter colours on dark surfaces.
